Their Second Choice - Became The Best Choice

They Lost The First House,
But Are Happier For It!

Carly and Kevin were introduced to me by friends. They set out to move to Denver from Southern California, and had a new home on their shopping list.  Carly arrived in Denver ahead of Kevin, to begin the search.  After a few weeks of viewing homes, she narrowed it down to several choices in Parker.  Kevin flew in to see the best of them.
 
The first choice was in a brand new community with no existing homes yet built.  Unable to see what the finished product would look like, they found it difficult to really know what they were buying.  They agreed to proceed with the new house and take a leap of faith, but we also requested the builder give us the option to cancel within the first couple of months.  As the construction unfolded, it looked more and more like this new home and community would not meet their needs.  We approached the builder and made arrangements to rescind our agreement, and the builder returned this buyers earnest money.  
 
With the first choice behind us, Carly and Kevin resumed their search.  Another builder they liked offered them a number of valuable and free 'extras', and the free basement finish sealed the deal.  Carly and Kevin are now new homeowners in the Town of Parker, and are just delighted with their second choice.
