Cheesman Park

The Cheesman Park neighborhood is one of the oldest in Denver, and is the location of Denver's Botanical Gardens.  Cheesman Park has one of the highest population densities of any denver neighborhoods. Most residents of the neighborhood live in apartments, new construction, and conversions of older mansions. The average house price is approximately $500k, more than double the city average. Cheesman Park has a fairly urban character with its density and closeness to the central part of the city.
