Where does your home style rank when compared to others?

I've broken down most of Denver's various home styles into six of the most popular categories for single-family homes. In this month's survey, it appears that Four-Level homes take the prize as the home style that sells the fastest, throughout the Denver Metro market. Most of us probably would have guessed differently, a ranch or two-story perhaps, so it's fun to see what the statistics say.

Here's a recap of last month's fastest selling home styles.  The bottom axis shows the (average) days-on-the-market for each respective home style:

Certain multi-level (hybrid) home styles (tri w/bsmt, story & 1/2, etc) were included in a category that most closely resembled that style or type. From month to month, results will vary depending on the price range, the date the stats are pulled, and how some home styles are categorized.
