November 2016 Mortgage Interest Rates

Mortgage rates are currently up by 1/4 percent since October.

Fixed rates slipped from last week's spike (on news and fears that the Fed plans to raise interest rates in December). As a result, the 30-year fixed-rate mortgage eased back to its summertime range below 3.5 percent.

This essentially leaves interest rates slightly higher than this years lows, and rates continue to hover near all-time record lows.
