March 2016 Mortgage Interest Rates

Last month interest rates took a dive, and they've nested at their new lower levels ever since. There are minor daily fluctuations, but rates have stayed in the same trading range for weeks now.

Over the next few weeks expect to see financial data continue to roll-in that's both good and bad, so rates will likely fluctuate and remain where they've been for weeks. In related news, word on the street is that the Fed may back-off on raising rates for awhile, especially until there's more consistent improvement in the jobs outlook.
