Average Home Price
& Monthly Housing Report

Inventory of available homes for sale in the Denver Metro Area is at all-time lows, despite new listings coming to market each and every day.

Because of the unusually warm and 'early spring' weather, combined with seasonal strong demand, the Denver market inventories dipped once again. The month ended with 4,405 listings for sale, 12 percent lower than this time last year.

As we've seen for at least the last 5 years in a row, market inventory decreased to less than six weeks supply at the beginning of April 2017. And on average, homes are spending less than 40 days on the market.

Although the inventory has been hard to find, home values were relatively unchanged in last month, with an average selling price of $400,635. This is approximately 7% higher than last year, overall.

Till next month.

If you know of someone who needs to sell a home due to an estate, divorce, relocation, or other circumstance, please let me know. Call or email. I look forward to helping those you know, because they trust you and appreciate your referral.
