2-3 Hours Is All You Need

Here's how our daily tour works:  Every weekday, including most Saturdays or Sundays, we tour houses around the Denver area. The tours are planned between 9:00 and 12:00 noon, and again from 1:00 to 4:00 pm (larger homes take a little bit more time).

I'll plan a tour that matches your criteria.  You view homes that are the closest match to what you're looking for.  Just describe what's most important, and I'll take it from there.

Touring Homes vs "Open Houses"

Our daily home tours work much better than viewing "open houses."  Open houses are awkward for most home buyers because it’s very hard to predict whether these homes will even "match" your wants and needs.  Very few ever do.  According to industry statistics, fewer than 1% of homes are sold as a result of an open house.  That's why open houses don't help many home buyers find their dream homes. 

Home Tours Are Convenient and Fun!

You won't waste time poking around neighborhoods that don't appeal.  When I show you homes that match your criteria, many will be a very close match to what your looking for.  And, if you want to view any home a second time, most can be shown again the very same day!  

Do We Take A Tour Bus?

No!  That's just a funny looking cartoon bus I put on the page.  We'll view houses in my minivan, or you can drive yourself.  I always make the home tours as comfortable as possible!
