The Parade Of Homes is a long-time locals' favorite, and the event is now open, free, and is getting rave reviews.  The most favorite element of the parade are the fully decorated Dream Homes!  This years' Parade of Homes runs through September 5th, Labor Day.

Parade Of Homes Price Range

The Parade Of Homes will range in price from $150,000 to over $1 million. 

The Parade Of Homes "Dream Communities"

Back this year are fully decorated dream communities with dream homes valued at $1,000,000 or more.  These exquisite homes will be similar to the impressive appeal of past years' Parade Of Homes.  Dream Homes will be fully furnished, landscaped, and full of great ideas!

• Heritage Hills (featuring 7 dream homes, 41-47).  Located just west of I-25 on Lincoln Avenue in Lone Tree.  Follow the signs.
• Pradera features two more dream homes (50-51).  From I-25, go south to Founders Parkway.  East 1 mile to Crowfoot Valley Rd.   North to Pradera Parkway, and follow the signs.
