November 2015 Mortgage Interest Rates

Mortgage interest rates have been stable for the last few weeks. That aside, the Fed was being a little hawkish in its meeting last week over inflationary concerns. This caused markets to inflict a little upward pressure on mortgage rates, but it probably won't be long-lived.

A few major announcements that could shake-up interest rates are the coming jobs and new home sales reports, that will be released the first week of November.  Barring any new and significant economic news on the global front, there really hasn't been much happening.

Mortgage interest rates will continue to fluctuate, but it shouldn't affect anyone all that much.  Bottom line, there just aren't enough reasons to push-up rates right now.

Till next month,
