November 2012 Denver Housing Report (archived)

The Denver market has continued to slow, but considering its December, sales activity has remained fairly strong. Average home prices are off somewhat, but more for single family homes than condos. The average single family home price in December is $304k, while condos are hovering just under $180k. These prices really haven't dropped all that much since July, which is indicative of this year's ever-improving real estate market.

In spite of slowing sales in December, total sales are actually up from last month. Sales ended up over 150 homes from my November report. Stay tuned, and we'll have much more to report after the holidays.
