COOKWARE - holiday sales are huge for cookware items, especially the after Thanksgiving sales (Black Friday).  Cookware items always make good and welcome gifts, they are easy to stock, and are often loss leaders for getting you in the store to buy other stuff.  If you need cookware for your own kitchen, buy now.

GARDENING TOOLS - clearance shelves are still loaded with all kinds of this stuff that didn't get sold during warmer months.  It's usually just stuck on a few shelves off in the corner somewhere, while it sits for months on end.  Poke around and you'll find it.

AIRFARE & TRAVEL - generally the best time to look for airfare and travel deals are in early November and early December.  Vacationers can take advantage of the travel lull that occurs during these two brief times in the off-season, and shouldn't find long lines in many of the popular destinations.

RV's - time to shop for that RV you've always been dreaming of.  Dealers will slash their prices than to have to store those monsters all winter.  Get ready to find the bargain that may make an RV purchase affordable.

ELECTRONICS & VIDEO GAMES - it has become common knowledge that Black Friday & Cyber Monday electronic sales cannot be beat.  Shoppers flood the stores and retailers are finding ways to accomodate them with more extended hours each and every year.  If you're able to tolerate the insanity, you should buy now.

A HOUSE - home sales usually begin to decline after the summer peak every year, and as the holidays get nearer, fewer and fewer home shoppers are out there.  More often than not, home sellers begin to get nervous going into the holidays with an unsold house on their hands, and are more willing to negotiate.  Many home buyers can count of a deal between now through February.
