Lone Tree is located just south the city of Denver, at the southern edge of the metro area. It is a relatively small community of roughly 10,000 residents, but with lofty ideals.
Lone Tree is bordered by Highlands Ranch, Castle Rock, and Parker. It’s closest neighbor is Highlands Ranch, with which is shares some of the same schools through the most excellent, Douglas County School District. The city of Lone Tree boasts the largest upscale shopping district in the entire Denver area, Park Meadows, and a new regional medical facility, Sky Ridge.
Lone Tree is also situated right next door to some of the Denver Metro Area’s largest business parks, The Denver Tech Center, Inverness, and Meridian. Lone Tree residents pride themselves in offering many civic events to their community, the likes of the “Lone Tree Summer Concert Series”, and the city has an excellent park and library system. As to choice of housing though,
Lone Tree is rated as having the most expensive homes, per capita, in the area, only second to Cherry Hills Village. If you are interested in living in Lone Tree, take a look at the many excellent homes in Lone Tree, below.
