Welcome to the   'Mile High City'

As we soak up the wondrous blue sky Colorado days and magnificent mountain panorama in our little corner of the world known as the Mile High city, we have so much to be grateful for and so much we want to share with others we come to know.  We've found that the real estate business is a perfect vehicle to do this.

Although we're in our twentieth year in the real estate business, sometimes it feels like we've just started yesterday. The fun and excitement is still with us, as much now as when it all began. We'd like to think that we've figured out a lot of things over the years . . like how to assemble a great team along with the implementation of many value added services to assist our giving to clients the very best real estate experience possible.

Because buying or selling a home can be a very stressful experience, every member of our team has committed their knowledge and skills toward insuring your transaction is as enjoyable and worry-free as possible. We will counsel you, educate you, and represent your best interests always. Our greatest reward is knowing that the property we've found for you, or sold for you, is a good deal and that you are getting the very best price and terms possible. We like to think of ourselves as "dream makers", and not just home-finders.

In our company, the mindset about selling real estate is different. We believe in doing business ‘by referral’ rather than by mass marketing. The majority of our business comes from very happy clients who make a point of those they know, about our services. Once we create a client relationship, it does not end with the real estate closing. Rather, these relationships are just beginning. You see, we like to spend time to really listen to our clients, and we pride ourselves on the genuine interest that we have for each and every person we work with.

We treat each and every customer as if they are the only ones we have. We'll always go the extra mile for every person every time. We've pushed aside the boundaries of what used to be considered good service, and we give added value in our services every step of the way. Our ultimate goal is to make each and every client an ambassador of goodwill for our company and to do this, we know that we have to do what we say. Each member of our team has a specialized role in this task and together we make it all click.

There's more to the picture than this, though. It has to do with attitude. We feel that it is a privilege to work with our clients and that we need to earn their trust through our performance.  It is not enough that most of our clients seek us out through word of mouth from those they know . . . and that we know we have their loyalty from day one. Our clients just trust us. It wouldn't be unusual for a client to hand us a signed blank contract, tell us to fill it in, and never walk back. It's a special kind of trust, and an enormous responsibility that we don't take lightly. Our real estate team will never settle for "business as usual" or be content to be one of the ordinary. To that end we will spend whatever time it takes to make sure our clients are thoroughly satisfied and happy.
